Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the 1C-based ERP system and existing configuration improvements:
  • Study and analysis of the main functionalities of the UNF configuration .
  • Evaluation and identification of moof refinements to optimize system operation.
• Formalization and harmonization of user requirements:
  • Collection and systematization of user requirements for 1C functionality.
  • Coordinating requirements with interested parties to achieve an optimal solution.
• Development of technical tasks for developers:
  • Creation of clear technical tasks for developers based on agreed requirements.
  • Control of tasks and ensuring their compliance with defined criteria.

• Testing configuration updates:
  • Testing of new functionality and corrections in the existing configuration. li>
  • Documentation of test results and identified shortcomings.
• Support of implemented solutions, consultation and support of users:
  • Providing advice to users on working with implemented solutions.
  • Solving and tracking problems, requests and questions of users.

  • Preparation and training of users on the use of the configuration.
  • Comprehension of clear instructions and materials for independent work of users.
• Writing technical documentation and maintaining a knowledge base:
  • Creating technical documentation for all configuration changes and developments.
  • Maintaining a knowledge base for quick access to information and problem solving.
• Description of the company's business processes:
  • Documentation and description of the company's business processes to improve understanding of relationships and optimization of work processes.
