Key functional responsibilities:

• Keeping records of marketing and promotion costs in a distribution company;
• Control and analysis of costs under contracts with suppliers;
• Preparation of reports for management (financial, managerial, budgetary);
• Working with a large amount of information and its systematization;
• Participation in the preparation of financial statements and plan-fact analysis;
• Preparation of management reporting on funds;
• Analysis of deviations between planned and actual costs;
• Formation analytics for management: profitability of brands, promotions, marketing activities;
• Construction of summary tables (Excel, 1C );
• Working with files from manufacturers/suppliers regarding accrued liabilities;
• Preparation of explanations and analytics for suppliers, audits, internal inspections.

From you:

• 2 years of similar work experience;
• good business writing skills and oral communication;
• orientation on results and responsibility at work;
• ability to negotiate and work in multitasking mode;
• high degree of self-organization, responsibility, attentiveness, decency;
• ability to make balanced decisions;
• logical way of thinking;
• desire to improve and acquire new experience, new knowledge.
