Now we are scaling sales — and are looking for an SDR who will create a stable flow of B2B meetings for the sales department.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious person, who:
- is not afraid of cold contact;
- knows how to write and speak with business;
- wants to grow in sales and B2B;
- loves numbers, pace and results.
This is not a call center and not a consultation line. Your task is to interest, qualify and transfer a sales lead.
Your main tasks
- Finding B2B clients (business owners, managers, CEOs).
- Presence on freelance platforms as an expert.
- First contact: LinkedIn, email, messengers (sometimes calls).
- Discovery needs and qualification of leads.
- Setting appointments for sales managers.
- Fixing results in CRM.
What you will NOT do
- Close deals.
- Take customers to pay.
- Prepare commercial proposals.
- Work with customer support.
You are about the start dialogue, not about "everything at once".
What is important to us
- Communication and confidence.
- Willingness to work with rejections.
- Discipline and focus on results.
- Desire to earn and grow.
Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but not mandatory. The main thing is energy, adequacy and desire to work for the result.
KPI (honest and transparent)
Per month:
- 300-500 contacts;
- 30-50 answers;
- 8-15 qualified meetings.
Just meetings, not "calls" is your main metric.
We offer
- 15,000 - 20,000 UAH rate + bonuses for each meeting.
- Real income 25,000 - 40,000 UAH and above - without a ceiling.
