We are launching anew direction of development — creation of AI solutions for the optimization of internal business processes.

About the role:

This is a role for a person who can combine business thinking, working with data and understanding modern AI technologies.The AI Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision and coordination of the creation of AI solutions from idea to implementation.

Key responsibilities and competencies:

• Conducting an audit of internal business processes and determining opportunities for AI application.

• Collection, formalization and prioritization of business requirements for AI solutions.

• Formation of the product strategy and development roadmap of the AI direction in accordance with the strategicectors of the company.

• Preparation of technical documentation (SRS) and setting tasks for the technical team (ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers).

• Coordinating the full development cycle of AI products.
• Interaction with stakeholders, coordination of expectations.

• Definition of performance metrics (KPI) of implementation of AI solutions." 400; text-decoration: none">

  Monitoring the performance of the products. font-style: normal; text-decoration: none>Participation in AI-team. text-decoration: none">experience in managing digital or ML products.

• Has a deep understanding of SDLC 400; font-style: none">Able to work with datafont-style: normal; text-decoration: none">for making product decisions.

• Has experience in writing technical documentation (SRSor similar documents).
  Understands the principles IT architectures and basic MLOps approaches.

• Has systems thinking and the ability to structure complex tasks.

• Cancommunicate effectively with stakeholders of different levels.

• Result Oriented and ready to take responsibility for product development.

• Has a higher education (technical, mathematical, cybernetic or economic - will be an advantage).

• Proficient in English at the levelUpper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
