AI/ML Engineer (EU-based)

White Label is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial experience in AI/ML development and integration
• Experience in prompt engineering, LLM models and autonomous agent development (e.g. OpenAI, GPT models)
• Hands-on experience tuning models, managing datasets, and training custom models
• Knowledge of NLP, RL, RAG and generative AI techniques
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure configuration, including orchestration, monitoring and performance optimization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java or other languages relevant to AI/ML development
• Experience with cloud platforms
• English — minimum B2
