AI Automation Specialist in Byte&Kite

Byte&Kite is a certified partner of ClickUp and Make, an AI-native team that helps businesses implement ClickUp and agentic workflows so that teams can do more without unnecessary manual work. We build operating systems for agencies and tech teams: from structuring processes in ClickUp to AI agents that save 40+ hours a month.

Your tasks

Automating internal processes

• Analyzing manual and repetitive processes within the team and in customer projects and transforming them into automated solutions

• Building workflows between ClickUp, CRM, email, messengers and others services

• Creation of systems of alerts, notifications and auto-reports based on design and operational data

ClickUp-automation and integration

• Design and configuration of automations inside ClickUp (triggers, statuses, assignments, notifications)

• Connection of ClickUp to external services through Make, n8n and API

• Helping customers get the most out of ClickUp Brain and native automations

AI solutions and agentic workflows

• Building AI agents for marketing, operational and delivery processes

• Integrating AI APIs (OpenAI and others) into real business scenarios: generation, classification, analysis, reporting

• Prototyping of MVP-automations, which are then scaled according to the client

Integrations and technical base

• Working with REST API, webhooks, JSON connection of various services into single scenarios

• Transformation and transfer of data between platforms (Google Sheets, CRM, BI-tools)

• Building regular automatic processes: data collection, updates, synchronization, notifications

What we expect from you

• Practical experience with Make and/or n8n ability to build complex scenarios with conditions, loops, error handling

• Experience API integrations: REST, webhooks, auth, JSON, request parameters

• Basic JavaScript or Python skills for automations

• Experience using AI APIs in work processes

• Understanding data structures and data transformation logic in workflow
