Are you passionate about future technologies and know how to turn algorithms into real business profits? The Department of Digital Transformations of Balex Group is looking for an AI Specialist who will help us build the most modern AI infrastructure and change the culture of working with data.

The goal of the direction:

To form a sustainable AI infrastructure and culture of using AI in the company to automate processes, accelerate decision-making and obtain financial effect.

What we expect from you:

• Professional work experience from 1 year;
• Understanding the working principles of AI models (LLM/NLP), prompt architecture and RAG pipelines;
• Python and API skills;
• Experience using tools: Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google Vertex AI;
• Confident command of automation tools: Power Automate, Power Apps, n8n or UiPath;
• High level of mastery of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (professional presentations);
• Ability to analyze business processes to identify areas of AI implementation;
• Analytical thinking, organization and result orientation.

Your key tasks:

• Architecture and implementation of AI?driven automation workflows;
• Development, finetune and optimization of models, formation prompt architecture;
• Integration of AI into the key functions of the company (office, production, logistics) with a focus on ROI; -Implementation of Responsible AI standards and monitoring the quality of work of models;
• Formation of a base of AI use-cases, conducting experiments and scaling up successful pilots;
• User training and development of AI culture within divisions.
