LuckyStart is looking for an experienced igaming Affiliate Team Leader to join the team.

• Experience in driving an acquisition strategy through new business via affiliate relationships
• Optimising and managing a portfolio of existing affiliate accounts 
• Responsible identifying new opportunities across a number of tier 1 GEO’s
• Program and team management 
• Experience with Softswiss, Curacao - advantage. 
• Experience with Affilka is advantage.
• Ready to launch SEO and PPC affiliates.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for new business via affiliate acquisitions by identifying new opportunities across a number of different GEO’s.
    
2. Continuous reviewing of campaigns and negotiations of commercial agreements.
    
3. Analysis of campaigns, ROI, budget spend, eCPA’s to ensure monthly targets are hit.
    
4. Conversion rate optimization - Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports.
    
5. Travel to conferences/events where necessary.

Requirements

• At least 2-years experience as an Affiliate Manager in online casino.
• Curacao, Tier 1 experience
• Ready to go SEO and PPC affiliates
• A strong understanding of campaign optimisation and ROI
• Good level written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel to conferences
