Middle Cloud / DevOps Engineer in 2Ops

Position Overview:

We seek a talented and motivated Middle DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring our software solutions' smooth and efficient deployment, and implementing best practices for security and compliance. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to automate processes and improve the overall performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment cycles.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate new software solutions and technologies into the existing environment.
• Implement and maintain security best practices across all systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application deployment, and system performance issues.
• Contribute to the documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies in DevOps, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, NewRelic, Datadog, ELK stack, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• English level B1/B2.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in the FinTech or e-commerce sectors.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Certification in cloud platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes etc.).
