Affiliate Analyst in PRO.people Recruitment Agency

Hello! Our client - a digital agency - is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager / (Business) Affiliate Analyst who can strengthen our team, conduct deep analytics and directly influence the result. If you think in numbers and work for results, then this role is for you! This is a position for those who work on a large scale, are not afraid of large volumes of data and are ready not just to look at reports, but to have a real impact on the development of an international project.

What tasks await you:

• Formation and support of the methodology of traffic purchase norms (CPA / Hybrid / RevShare / Spend);
• Development of unified standards for evaluating the quality of traffic;
• Formation of control of KPI models for affiliate teams;
• Analysis of actual data, review and correction of team KPIs;
• Maintenance and development of the analytical part of CRM dashboards;
• Interaction with regional affiliate teams;
• Preparation of reports. 

What we expect from you:

• Experience with affiliate marketing and performance models;
• Deep understanding of traffic metrics;
• Strong analytical skills; 
• Ability to work with large data sets;
• Experience in building or optimizing KPI models;
• Experience in working with CRM and dashboards.
