Aerodynamics engineer in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for an engineer interested in developing multi-physics modeling and aerodynamics within CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering). The position is open to engineers with experience, particularly in tasks related to aerodynamics, multiphysics modeling and analysis of complex engineering systems. Important: understanding of flight modes, ability to work with engineering models, perform calculations and analyze results.

Responsibilities:

· Analysis of input calculation data.

Construction and optimization of 3D models for calculations.

· Application of the finite volume method for numerical modeling of physical processes.

· Calculation of the aerodynamic characteristics of the aircraft.

· Calculation of propeller group: analysis and selection of propeller characteristics, calculation of thrust and efficiency.

· Calculation of centers of mass and pressure. Assessment of static and dynamic stability.

· Cooperation with strength engineers: transferring aerodynamic loads to them to calculate product reliability.

· Preparation of technical documentation and reports based on calculation results.

Technical skills:

Education: higher in the field of aviation or mechanical engineering.

2+ years of experience as an aerodynamics engineer.

· Deep knowledge of fluid and gas mechanics.

· Understanding of flight theory.

Fluency in MSO. Ability to construct complex meshes and select the correct calculation model.

· Basic knowledge of CAD programs.

· Experience in aircraft-type UAV calculations.
