Knowledge Systems Architect (Digital Fred) in Nova poshta

Nova Poshta is the leader of express delivery in Ukraine. Our team is constantly growing, and now we are looking for a technically strong specialist who will build the "brain" of Digital Fred - a new generation digital assistant that understands the customer, knows the full life cycle of the parcel and makes the right decisions in non-standard situations.

This is not a chatbot. It is a decision-making system integrated with logistics, mobile application, business cabinet, API and other digital services.

Main duties:

• Build a Digital Fred knowledge-core;
• Create a decision engine for non-standard situations;
• Integrate AI with: Mobile App Business Cabinet API Logistics systems;
• Minimize calls to support through self-resolution;
• Ensure contextual responses (customer history, profile, preferences).

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2+ years in backend / data / AI;
• Experience in building knowledge systems;
• Understanding logistics or fintech - will a plus;
• System thinking and the ability to work with uncertainty;
• Able to speak simply about the complex, does not just write code - builds a system.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience of building AI assistants;
• Experience of working with large arrays of operational data;
• Experience of integrating AI into mobile applications.
