Senior UX/UI Designer in Bank Pivdenniy

Role mission
Our goal is to create a complex B2B product that will help the bank effectively attract new customers and simplify their onboarding.

In this role, the designer will play a key role in shaping the product from the ground up - influencing the direction of development, defining interaction approaches and laying the foundation quality user experience.

You will work in close cooperation with a cross-functional team to transform complex business processes into clear and effective user scenarios.

We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer (B2B product / Digital Banking)

What to do:
• Form user experience for the bank's B2B product aimed on attracting customers and simplifying onboarding;
• Identify user problems and opportunities based on research, data and insights;
• Participate in the formation of the product vision and roadmap together with stakeholders;
• Design clear user scenarios and interfaces for complex business processes;
• Lead the full design process: from research and idea to validation of solutions after release;
• Develop and scale the design system, UX patterns and unified approaches to interaction;
• Ensure consistency of interactions within the bank's product and digital ecosystem;
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team (business, development, analytics);
• Balance business goals, technical constraints and user needs;
• Participate in the development of a design culture in the organization.

To do this you will need:
• Experience in digital product design from 5 years;
• Experience working with complex systems (preferably B2B or corporate products);
• Experience creating products or systems from scratch;
• Practical experience in managing the design process from research to launch;
• Strong skills in UX/UI design, information architecture and understanding user behavior;
• Experience working with design systems (creation, development, scaling);
• Ability to work with research, data and experiments;
• High level of communication and experience in interaction with stakeholders;
• Systems thinking and ability to work with complex products;
• Experience in banking will be an advantageor the fintech sphere;
• Experience working with tools: Figma, FigJam, Miro, Confluence, Jira, Zeroheight.
