Functional duties:

Administrative and operational work in ServiceDesk:
- Entering primary OS information (inventory, purchase)
< span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">- Input of primary information metrology
- OS movement control
- Control the movement of the floating stock
- Reporting based on ServiceDesk data
Control of the assignment and execution of requests in ServiceDesk by the resources of technical support engineers:
< span>- Forming travel applications
- Application priority analysis
- Control of the engineer's departure as part of ServiceDesk requests
- Control of fulfillment of requests (SLA) of CSO within ServiceDesk
- Analysis of the presence and necessity of a substitute fund
- Control of the return of the swap fund.
Work with the primary documentation of the CZG:
- Work with subcontractors * SLA, fines * prompt clarification of equipment statuses
- Control of the signing of additional agreements with the CSO
- quality control of the closing of monthly CSR services
- Control of timely maintenance and metrological inspection of equipment by the CSO.
