Bryn Prom, LLC is a leading company providing outsourcing services to the European market. In connection with the expansion of the list of customers and scope of work, we are looking for a candidate for the position of "Administrator for work with the CRM system" in the city of Kyiv.
We are considering candidates without experience in similar positions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a customer database in the CRM system;
- Analysis and optimization of customer interaction processes;
- Updating data in to the CRM system, its filling and management;
- Participation in internal trainings and trainings on the use of the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with CRM systems is an advantage (Salesforce, HubSpot, Bitrix24, etc.)
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in German/Czech/Italian/Romanian language from A1 level
