We expect that our person:

-Knows the basics of marketing, the principles of modern tools and technologies and understands the work algorithms of Instagram, Facebook;

- Understands which creatives work and why they are effective;

- Creative thinks and is ready to offer a working strategy for any CA;

- Can write creative texts and scripts that sell; 

- Loves and knows how to work in a team.

Will be an advantage:

- Ability to work with Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut / InShot and other editors;

- Experience in setting up effective advertising in social media. networks;

-  Experience of working with such social. networks such as Tik Tok and Linkidin;

- Experience working with projects on the market of Europe, the USA and Canada;

- Proficiency in English (B1-B2).

What needs to be done:

- Market and competitor analysis;

- Create creatives from scratch (posts, stories, reels), or write technical specifications for a designer ;

- Lead and monitor projects (content plan, daily stories + posts, feed planning);

- Develop strategies for promoting social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, tik-tok );

- Creation of reports and analysis of channel efficiency.
