For this purpose, the Women's Consortium of Ukraine creates safe spaces in Mykolaiv and mobile teams to work in the Mykolaiv region. In safe spaces and mobile teams, services will be provided to 1) support women in difficult life situations, including those who have experienced gender-based violence,/or suffered from war, etc. 

This project is implemented with the support of "Norwegian People`s Aid" (Norway).

About the vacancy:

We are looking for two administrators to work in resource centers in Mykolaiv for 1/ supporting women, in particular those who have experienced gender-based violence, or in the risk group, 2/ supporting veterans and their family members.

  • Experience of working with internally displaced persons (IDPs) or victims of war
  • Willingness to act within the framework of LCU policies, in particular in the field of gender equality and child protection. 
  • What is the work of the space administrator:

    1.  Work with visitors to the space:

    • Registration and questionnaires of women, women with children and girls who apply to the space;
    • Maintenance of the database of applications and registration of statistics;
    • < li>Preparation of announcements and information notices about the work of the Space;
    • Information about the services and activities of the space, about security and privacy;
    • Care for their comfort and safety.

    2.  Work with the space team:

    • Compiling the team's work schedule;
    • Designing the schedule of events in the space (trainings, meetings);
    • Participation in the organization of trainings, classes within the framework of the project, in agreement with the project team;
    • Coordination and control of the work of the personnel who serve the space (cleaning, technical support);
    • Ordering the necessary goods for the functioning of the Space and conducting classes;
    • Timely notification to the coordinator about important changes, special cases, conflicts;
    • Management of business correspondence and systematization of documents;
    • Preparation of links to conferences (Zoom , Temas, Google Meet).

    Work in Mykolaiv;

    Official employment;

    Starting work in January 2024. until July 30, 2025.
