Product Manager in Proxima Research International

Managing the product direction of the development of ready-made solutions Business analytics for retail pharmacy chains.

You are suitable if you:

- Work experience in the analytical direction in large retail companies for at least 5 years.
- Work experience in analytical, research companies for market analysis or in companies implementing BI solutions or other software and analytical IT developments will be advantage.

Will plus:

- Experience in pharmaceutical retail.

Your tasks will be:

- Formation of the product vision and directions of product development< br/>- Assessment of markets, understanding of customer needs in order to increase sales
- Assessment of the competitive environment, monitoring of competitors' actions
- Measurement of user involvement in the product. Work with client requests.
- Training of KAM and CSM employees in product work skills and sales approaches.
- Production team management. Distribution of responsibilities, control of tasks, budgets, terms by product areas
- Communication with STO on technology issues, prioritization of tasks for developers
- Control over ensuring documentation of product development
- Ensuring linear production of the product
- Formation, protection and control of the budget, as well as approval of the budget of product directions
- Formation of the Roadmap of product development
