Accounting automation business analyst in KERNEL

We are looking for an experienced Business analyst for accounting automation to join the team. 

Main responsibilities:

• Research of current accounting processes, their analysis and modeling in order to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

• Development of technical tasks for the implementation of automated solutions, close interaction with software development teams to ensure compliance of technical solutions with business requirements.
• Coordination of the task execution process, testing of automated solutions and preparation for their implementation.
• Ensuring effective implementation and configuration of processes in systems, using modern approaches to automation.
• Application of knowledge in the field of accounting, management, tax accounting, as well as international financial reporting standards (IFRS) for ensuring process compliance.
• Confidence in working with Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft Office programs to analyze data, create reports and ensure process transparency.

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience as a business analyst in accounting automation projects
• In-depth knowledge of the principles of accounting, management, tax accounting and international financial reporting standards (IFRS ).
• Higher economic or accounting education.
• Experience of working and implementing processes in 1C, BAS or other ERP systems
• Ability to analyze, describe and model business -processes, form requirements for developers
• Experience in implementing electronic document management systems
• Ability to form requirements for integration between systems
• Experience in implementing solutions using mobile applications, participation in mobile application development projects
• Confident use of Excel, knowledge of Power BI and other Office programs
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
