Land Market Analyst

Position description:< /span> We are looking for an analyst to process data and conduct a detailed analysis of the agricultural land market. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the land market, possesses analytical skills, has experience working with large volumes of data and is able to effectively use information to make decisions.

Main duties:

1. Collection, processing and analysis of the purchase and sale of agricultural plots.< /p>

2. Evaluation of land plots on the market and identification of pricing trends.

3. Analysis of land plot tenants: their needs, profitability and profile.

4. Research of the competitive environment in the land market, analysis of competitors' activities.

5. Creation of reports on the state of the market and forecasts of its development.

6. Monitoring legislative changes affecting the land market.

7. Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns for the sale and lease of land plots.

8. Evaluation of lead generation and its effectiveness through different promotion channels.

9. Identification of promising regions for investment in agricultureagricultural lands.

10. Development of recommendations for the optimization of advertising campaigns.

11. Cooperation with the marketing team to increase the effectiveness of advertising activities.< /span>

12. Construction of forecasting models for assessing the potential profitability of land plots.

13. Using specialized programs for analyzing large amounts of data.

14. Analytical data visualization for presenting results to management.

15. Preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external users.

16. Maintaining a database with information about land plots and transactions with them.

17. Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of various promotion channels and preparation of proposals for their optimization.

18. Participation in the development of the company's strategy for the acquisition and management of land assets.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in economics, finance, marketing or agricultural management.

• Experience of working as an analyst or in a similar position from 1 year.

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI or other data analysis programs.

• Analytical mindset and ability to work with large amounts of data.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other departments.

• Willingness to develop and learn new tools and methods of analysis.
