Recruitment is announced for the position of Accountantwith functions of financial analysis and reporting to the team of the NGO "Association of Sappers of Ukraine" (ASU)

ASU is a certified operator of mine action which is engaged in humanitarian demining of de-occupied territories and other areas of humanitarian activity, closely cooperating with international organizations, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and DSNS.

Requirements to the candidate:

• higher specialized education;
• experience in a similar position of 5 years or more;
• confident command of BAS, M.E.Doc, Microsoft Office and other programs;
• knowledge of the provisions of accounting and tax accounting and other regulatory legal acts regarding the procedure for keeping records, regular familiarization with the latest changes;
• ability to analyze the results of accounting calculations;
• willingness to work in a dynamic environment with diverse responsibilities;
• analytical mindset; responsibility and attentiveness;
• the ability to work in multitasking conditions;
• knowledge of the English language will be a significant advantage.

Functional duties:

• preparation and economic analysis of data for the formation of accounting and financial reporting of the organization in terms of projects, preparation of financial reports for donor organizations;
• ensuring full and reliable display of information in primary documents accepted for accounting on accounting accounts: checking details, order of filling, completeness of primary documents and entering data into the program with analysis of display on accounts;
• processing of data for inclusion in financial reporting in terms of projects;
• compilation of separate forms of accounting and tax reporting, as well as forms of other periodic reporting based on data accounting and management accounting;
• systematization and archiving of primary documents, scanning of supporting documents;
• preparation of processed documents, registers and reports for their preservation during the established period;
• readiness to manage cases in other areas of accounting and reporting.
