Accountant with experience in production management and personnel accounting in Filtrons Grup, TOV

Filtrons Group is a Ukrainian company specializing in the development, production and installation of innovative equipment for water purification and water treatment. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant who will ensure accurate accounting of our production activities and efficient management of personnel records.

Main duties:

Production accounting (water treatment equipment):

• Keeping records of raw materials, components and materials necessary for the production of filters and systems.
• Calculation of the cost price of finished products and completed installation works.
• Accounting of unfinished production and write-off of materials in accordance with cost norms.
• Control and display in the accounting of operations for the sale of equipment and the provision of services.

 Personnel and salary accounting:

• Full cycle of calculation and accrual salary, vacation, sick leave (production, engineering and administrative staff).
• Formation and submission of reports on wages (EEV, Personal Income Tax, VZ).
• Maintenance of the full scope of personnel records: registration of admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations, orders and management of personal files employees.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (accounting, finance).
• Experience of working as an accountant for 3 years or more, necessarily at a manufacturing enterprise.
• In-depth knowledge of P(S)BO, Tax Code of Ukraine (especially in the part of VAT and cost accounting).
• Confident possession of 1C: Enterprise 8.3, M.E.Doc and MS Office package.
• Systematic approach to work, high responsibility and organization.
