Accountant for TMC accounting in the supply department of "RAZUMNI ENERGOSYSTEMI" LLC in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

ROZUMNI ENERGOSYSTEMI LLC looking for a Chief Specialist (accountant for inventory management) in the supply department of the supply and assembly center.

• Have a full higher education in the field of economic training (master's degree, specialist).
• Carry out accounting and formation of primary documents. 
• You know the process of planning funds and supplies. 
• You have 1C, TIMELY, Medoc software complexes.
• Experience in the SAP system (will be an advantage).
• You have experience working with contractual documentation.

• You have experience working with large amounts of data.

• A confident PC user (office suite Excel, Word), Outlook.
• Able to work with a large volume of documentation and in multitasking mode.
• You have the ability and desire to work in a team according to established standards, as well as the desire to quickly learn and master new skills.
• You have the skills of communication, stress resistance, discipline, purposefulness and responsibility.

Your main tasks will be:

Processing primary documentation.
• Entry in 1C primary documentation.

• Formation of primary documentation for movement and write-off of TMC according to acts of completed works in 1C.

• Transfer of primary documentation to the accounting department. 

• Ensuring document flow between companies.

• Reconciliation of revenue and expense documents. Forming a package of documentsents.
• Control of TMC balances in warehouses.
