Subordination:     Chief Accountant

1. Area of responsibility

• Accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets (acquisition, commissioning, modernization, depreciation, disposal).
• Accounting, calculation and display of leased fixed assets in accordance with IFRS.
• Accounting of marketing activities and promotional activities, including the accounting of used materials.
• Calculation and display of additional goods arising as a result of marketing activities.
• Control of the formation and write-off of costs of future periods.
• Accounting and control of waybills (checking the correctness of filling in, correspondence of routes and periods of use of vehicles), control of the timeliness of submission of waybills and their compliance with primary documents, control of PMM on the balance.
• Accounting, verification and processing of advance reports of employees, control of the availability of supporting documents for advance reports, their correctness and compliance with legal requirements.
• Willingness, if necessary, to participate in the maintenance of adjacent areas of primary accounting and support the team.

2. Main responsibilities

• Formation, verification and execution of primary documents for fixed areas.
• Accounting in accordance with the requirements of IFRS, including the display of transactions in SAP Business One.
• Preparation of internal reports and analytics.
• Participation in conducting inventories and ensuring the correctness of accounting data.
• Ensuring timely and the correct closing of the month according to its section.
• Interaction with other divisions regarding the receipt, confirmation and coordination of primary documents.
• Preparation of data for tax and financial reporting.

3. Necessary knowledge and skills

• Higher education in the field of "Accounting and Auditing", "Finance", "Economics".
• Experience in a similar position - from 3 years.
• Deep understanding of the principles of accounting in your field.
• Knowledge of the requirements of tax legislation regarding relevant operations.
• Proficient in Excel (summary tables, formulas) and MS Word.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One will be an advantage; if necessary, the company provides training.
• Attention to details, systematic, responsible.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data.
