Accountability Manager in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

The International Charitable Foundation "Caritas of Ukraine" is looking for a Accountability Manager.

Main duties:

• Participation in the preparation and implementation of the project.
• Analysis of feedback and accountability data in order to provide the necessary data, conclusions and recommendations for reporting to partners and local partner organizations.
• Communication with partners and participation in the development of standard operating procedures and methodologies for the establishment and proper functioning of the feedback system and accountability.
• Systematization and implementation of operational procedures for handling appeals, providing feedback and accountability at the national and local levels.
• Preparation of periodic reports on project accountability.
• Control of the functioning of the accountability system and feedback mechanisms.
• Conducting periodic measures to study errors and improve programmatic and operational approaches.
• Organization and conducting of educational sessions and trainings for Caritas network employees in order to raise awareness of accountability and humanitarian principles.
• Performance, if necessary, of monitoring visits to project implementation locations in order to assess the operational capacity and proper functioning of the accountability system in local organizations.
• Preparation and presentation of the results of the accountability system partners.
• Providing partners with the necessary tools to ensure the functionality of their appeal systems.
• Analysis and adaptation of new materials, tools and mechanisms to improve the accountability system.
• Administration, development and improvement of the implemented appeal accounting system.
• Training and professional support of local receptionists (training, information and update meetings, analysis the quality of informing and entering data into the application accounting system, assistance in reporting) and MEAL specialists (assistance in working with feedback).

Requirements:

• Full higher education.
• Experience of working with call centers / hotlines (coordination of operators, work with CRM systems).
• Experience of working in humanitarian organizations in positions related to information and communication with communities or work with appeals from citizens.
• Experience of working in positions related to monitoring, assessment and accountability to the affected population (AAP) in humanitarian organizations.
• Availability of written recommendations from a previous employer.

Necessary knowledge and professional skills:

• Fluency in Ukrainian language; English is at the levelsufficient for business communication and correspondence with partners.
• Knowledge of humanitarian principles and compliance with them at work.
• Knowledge of the project and program cycle in the fields of sociology and social work.
• Knowledge and use of adult education methods.
• Ability to work in computer programs for data processing and visualization.
• Ability to work with databases and indicator monitoring systems project.
