?Triangle Generation Humanitaire (TGH) -?is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) , which has been developing and implementing emergency and development programs since 1994. The programs are in the areas of water supply, hygiene and sanitation, civil engineering (housing), food security, rural development (livelihoods), socio-educational and psychosocial support (protection). The organization has been operating in Ukraine since 2016.

Purpose of the position:< /p>

Accountability and Database Specialist in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accounting and Learning (MEAL) at TGH, as a primary duty has day-to-day implementation of the Complaints Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) and handling of feedback and complaints, ongoing documentation, and communication and referrals to other professionals. In addition, the Database and Accountability Specialist is responsible for the proper functioning of databases and the compliance of all data therein, and supports the collection, management and analysis of data to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of TGH programs.

?Main duties:

Complaint feedback and response mechanism:

• Act as a point of contact and administer various feedback channels (eg hotlines, online survey data, social media, CFRM email).
• Acknowledge, receive and register feedback/complaints from TGH beneficiaries and community members.
• Respond to standard questions and inquiries from beneficiaries and community members in accordance with policy and standard operating procedures.
• Classify and direct stakeholder feedback/complaints to responsible personnel in accordance with policy and standard operating procedures.

Data management:

• Be familiar with all existing databases and forms for data collection, as well as knowledge of where they are and what they are responsible for.
• Manage databases and information systems at the regional level levels for effective data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with field teams at the base to collect, verify, and organize project-related data.
  
• Quality Assurance:
• Regular and correct cleaning of the database from duplicates, incorrect and incomplete questionnaires under the supervision of the manager.
• Regular checking of data for correctness, truthfulness and availability of all necessary documents, report onany discrepancies.

Monitoring:

• Assist in various monitoring activities through calls or visits , including PDM and Needs Assessment.
• If necessary, conduct follow-up calls with beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries to clarify information.
• Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders, including quarterly tax reporting and monthly reporting to the donor.
• Assist in conducting appropriate analysis based on the results of monitoring activities.
• Preparation of a monthly report (descriptive and accurate) on CFRM work.

?Requirements for the candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or Social Sciences and Communications preferred.
• At least one year of data management or hotline experience preferred or in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of data collection and processing.
• Understanding the principles of data protection and security.
• Fluency in competent written and spoken Ukrainian.
• Knowledge of spoken and written English languages ​​is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role in a humanitarian/restorative context is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft products, excellent Excel skills and experience in Google Sheets.
• Experience or knowledge of data collection and analysis platforms such as KoBoToolbox or other systems is a plus.
