About the role and team:
This challenging position requires a broad technical stack of active participation and promises an engaging experience. Make decisions, be in context with the whole projects, and implement the best solutions and practices.
Managing DevOps team and continuously teaching them. The development team is constantly implementing new functionalities across numerous productive environments.
The current team comprises 8 Senior DevOps professionals and is constantly growing.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the DevOps culture and infrastructure within a growing organization, providing both challenges and opportunities for professional growth.

Technical Stack:
AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, GitLab CI, Redis, Kafka, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, SQL, LoadBalancer, Mesh.

Must-haves:
— 2+ years of Lead DevOps experience;
— 3+ years of DevOps experience;
— Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC;
— Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban;
— Task Prioritization and Management;
— Linux administration experience;
— GCP environments experience;
— AWS environments experience;
— Experience with Docker and orchestration solutions;
— Bash scripting experience (or other scripting languages);
— Experience building CI/CD from scratch;
— Experience with GitLab CI;
— Experience in automation/configuration management using Terraform;
— Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring tools preferably Prometheus;
— Detail-oriented, investigator and troubleshooter;
— Good communication skills, team player;
— Observability experience.

Nice to haves:
— Python/Golang programming experience;
— Experience with Nginx;
— Experience with GitOps.

Main responsibilities:
— Leading DevOps team;
— Maintenance production environments;
— Support and develop CI/CD processes;
— Improve infrastructure as code;
— Investigate and troubleshoot issues;
— Improving monitoring and logging system;
— Improving visibility and observability;
— Responding to production infrastructure alerts;
— Close working with developers;
— Writing/supporting infrastructure documentation.
