Energy infrastructure project manager in Ceppelin Ukrayina / Zeppelin

We are looking for a Power Systems division to join our team in connection with a new large and an interesting project - Manager of energy infrastructure projects.

Main tasks:

• Organization of all stages of B2B segment project implementation in the areas of: gas generating plants, power plants , energy conservation systems, electrical networks and energy equipment;
• Participation in negotiations and communication with clients (technical level);
• Collection of necessary data for calculation and formation of TOR of projects;

• Development of the project implementation schedule;
• Maintenance of the project budget and documentation;
• Work with subcontractors;
• Coordination of project participants and control of deadlines;< /li>
• Participation in the development of project documentation;
• Maintenance of project documentation and reporting.
• Prepares the main results of project management: project management plan, detailed project planning, registers of control points, risk register, progress reports, reporting, presentations to various project committees, change requests, project report;
• Participates in the procurement process and oversees external suppliers: work approval, billing control, control on schedule, etc.;
• Cooperates in the preparation of documents necessary to obtain subsidies, permits or budgets necessary for the implementation of projects;
• Ensures risk management, facilitates follow-up meetings and ensures the implementation of response plans risks, if possible;
• Ensures effective communication between all stakeholders involved in projects (internal, external, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.);
• Prepares presentations and leads various project groups;
• Reviews, documents and maintains relevant project management standards, processes, templates and best practices;
• Advises the organization on the development of project management practices;
• Monitors laws and regulations to ensure effective project management.
• Project Management throughout its life cycle.
• Preparation, approval and updating of the Project Management Plan, Register of Project Risks and Opportunities.

• Implementation of Contracts (interaction with contractors, holding joint meetings, correspondence, coordination of the work of the working group, control over delivery and construction schedules, coordination and interaction with the company's divisions to obtain the necessary permits, approval of documents necessary for the purposes of the Project, implementation of all necessary measures for its successful implementation).
• Preparation and provision of all necessary reports on the Project (information for the formation of the Investment Program, budget passports and other requests)

Requirements to the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of electrical engineering, power engineering, heat engineering;
• Experiencework from 3 years in the management of projects with a duration of 6 months and/or a budget of more than UAH 1 million;
• Experience in Project Management, AutoCad programs;
• Skills in working with electrical diagrams, knowledge PUE and OP and PB requirements;
• Have completed a Project Management training course or have PM certification - desirable
• Understanding what is the "project life cycle" and "stakeholders"

• Independently managed projects until the "completion" stage
• Ability to easily communicate with clients
• Ability to clearly prioritize tasks and independently find solutions
• Ability to work with conflicts and promptly respond to force majeure
• Readiness for business trips
• High command of MS Office, Ms Power Query and Power BI; MS Project.
