Account manager/ Project manager/ Project manager (system integration) in Space IT

The company "Space IT" is looking for a qualified specialist for the position of "Account manager / Project manager" in its team. 
We offer an opportunity to join a company that has been working in the system integration market for 15 years.
We need a person who will be comfortable working with and building cooperation in a company selling infrastructure solutions (structured cable systems, uninterruptible power supply systems, local networks, server and computer equipment, video surveillance and access control systems) for medium and large businesses.

Main duties:

• Support and development of the company's project business (B2B sales and projects);
• Preparation and approval of commercial offers, guarantee letters and other necessary documents according to the source data;
• Organization and participation in the preparation and drawing up of tender offers;
• Analysis of requests for commercial offers from electronic trading platforms. Organization and submission of relevant commercial offers;
• Preparation and approval of contracts;
• Organization of preparation of primary documentation for Customers (invoices, acts, expense invoices), control of signing, closing, timely payment;
• Reconciliation of invoices from suppliers (prices and financial conditions), control of their payment;
• Work with ERP, entering the necessary information into systems;
• Communication with the customer on related issues within the framework of the project and competence;
• Communication with suppliers on related issues within the framework of the project and competence;
• Communication within the company with members of the project working group for the organization and support of the project from the signing of the Contract to the signing of the Acts.
• Compilation and control of the project schedule.

Requirements for applicant:

• M/F, from 25;
• higher education;
• knowledge of 1C or other ERP/CRM accounting system;
• knowledge of primary accounting documentation (accounts, powers of attorney, expense invoices, acts);
• experience in the preparation of Contracts;
• experience in the preparation of documents for participation in tenders;
• style="font-weight: bold">experience in supporting sales of infrastructure solutions (structured cable systems, uninterruptible power supply systems, local networks, server and computer equipment, video surveillance and access control systems) for medium and large businesses;
• communication (project, complex sales, not box moving);

• fluency in MS Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
