Project Manager in Softlist

We are the Softlist team, which specializes in complex solutions in the field of informatization and the supply of software for business and government organizations. Our mission is to help customers implement technologies that make their work faster, more efficient and safer.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will become an important part of our team and help organize and accompany our projects from start to successful completion.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Planning, coordination and control of software implementation projects for our clients.
• Interaction with customers: clarification of needs, formulation of requirements, coordination of technical tasks, regular communication regarding the status projects.
• Team management: task setting, control of deadlines and quality of execution, motivation and support of project participants.
• Work with documentation: preparation of plans, reports, technical tasks, control of budget compliance.
• Risk assessment and prompt resolution of unforeseen situations in the process of project implementation.
• Search for ways to optimize processes, participate in internal improvement project management standards.

Who are we looking for?

• You have 2 years of experience as a Project Manager/BA in the field of IT/software implementation.
• You understand the principles of the life cycle project, familiar with classic and flexible approaches to management.
• Able to effectively plan, organize team work and control deadlines.
• Experience in communicating with the client at various stages of the project.
• Have skills in working with project documentation (plans, budgets, specifications, etc.).
• Higher education (technical or management will be an advantage).
• Responsible, proactive, attentive to details and able to work in a team.
• Intermediate English will be a plus.
