• Experience in communicating with native speakers;

• Experienced PC user, preferably with Windows administration skills;

Your daily tasks will be:

• Communication with clients in the telephone mode and in the business mode correspondence;
• Support and consultation of existing users on the drive of our product;
• Development of long-term relationships with clients;
• Communication and transfer of information to other company departments;
