Demand for Microsoft solutions and Innoware services is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to business needs abandon 1C and other Russian systems. Therefore, we are growing and invite a specialist to the position of Account Manager with support B 2B clients for Microsoft solutions.

< strong>Key customer geography: Ukraine and the EU.

The key goal in this position is to support B2B clients of Innoware in matters of licensing, documentation, payments, etc. according to Microsoft solutions - ERP, CRM and cloud business solutions.

We are looking for a colleague with experience working with Microsoft licenses, with a responsible and proactive approach, and we offer competitive pay, comfortable working conditions, team support and much more! 

 

Your key tasks will be:

  • Formation of invoice requests, payment control , re-signing of agreements. All this in cooperation with colleagues from the financial and legal departments.
  • Selection of licenses, calculation and registration of the purchase of licenses for customers to use Microsoft solutions, maintaining the relevance of accounts and licenses.
  • Control of operational and timely provision of service services to customers, including transfer of applications to system engineers.
  • Identification of new needs of existing customers.
  • Providing information about Innoware solutions and services to existing customers upon their requests.

  • Planning interaction with each client.
  • Executing customer satisfaction control.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selecting and/or licensing Microsoft business solutions.
  • Experience in interacting with B2B customers (support or sales).
  • li>
  • Experience of working with documents and administration of relevant processes: control of invoices, execution of agreements, other accompanying documents.
  • A confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • English - Upper Intermediate or above, fluent in the Ukrainian language.
  • Completed higher education or master's degree student (economics or IT specialty).
