Our products leverage advanced technologies such as Face Recognition, Touch-free, and smartphone-based door unlocking. We are represented in more than 60 countries and continue to grow actively.Our product portfolio includes video and audio intercom systems, residential complex management solutions, mobile applications for intercom and remote control, alert systems, and much more.Our Sales Team is expanding our brand globally, and we are now looking for an Account Manager to ensure our partners and clients remain satisfied.Your key responsibilities will include:·    Develop a one-year action plan for each client based on the contract terms and further control its implementation;·    Conduct quarterly financial reconciliations with clients·    Coordinate and enhance collaboration with other departments (logistics, finance, marketing), oversee and manage order fulfillment·    Address client needs and delegate tasks to relevant departments, gather and process market data (inquiries, feedback, complaints)·    Prepare analytical reports on client activities (sales, engagements) and track the progress of your work·    Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients·    Participate in resolving any issues that arise during client collaborations·    Develop and execute marketing activity plans with clients·    Meet sales targetsTo be successful in this role you will need:·    At least 1 year of B2B sales experience ·    Proficient English (both written and spoken, minimum Upper-Intermediate)·    Experience in business communication, working with sales processes and rhythms in international commerce (a plus)·    A degree in economics or experience in international trade is a significant advantage·    Experience gathering customer feedback to improve services/products·    Knowledge of client management documentation processes·    Experience working with CRM and ERP systems·    Excellent interpersonal skills, a client-focused attitude·    Strong organizational and planning skills, goal-oriented approach·    Location – Ukraine (a plus)What we offer:·    Competitive salary (market rate + bonuses);·    Paid vacations and sick leave;·    Medical insurance·    Remote work, 9:00/10:00 AM - 6:00/7:00 PM schedule·    Interesting and successful experience working with international clients;·    Opportunity to work in a team of professionals in acompany known for its modern IP intercoms in many countries around the world;· Support at the start - you will have a mentor who will help you integrate into work processes and complete adaptation training;·    Dynamic opportunities for professional growth.We can't wait to hear from you if you want to grow in an international company and build long-term client relationships!Contact us at: [email protected] Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Базовий рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Продажі і Розвиток бізнесу Галузі Виробництво приладів, електротехніки та електроніки
