In the SupportYourApp team, we are looking for an Account Manager who will become a mediator between our company and customers and help us create the best customer experience throughout world. You are our ideal candidate if: You are fluent in English (level C1-C2); You have 1+ years of work experience in a similar position or 2+ years of experience working with client support; You think critically and can solve problems (worked with various professional business tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint and Excel);Experience with Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, Aircall or any other customer support platform and their analytics dashboards;KPI-savvy and SLAs in customer support or with data analysis and statistics; Experience with time management (Wrike, Monday, Asana, Jira, etc.); Possess interpersonal and communication skills (knowledge of Google Suite and/or Zoom features) and love communication with people; Excellent ability to organize and perform many tasks, work with several clients at the same time; Have a track record of responsibilities; Love people and new technologies. It will be a plus: Knowledge of 2 languages ​​(German, Spanish, French).
