CHUMAK company is looking for a responsible and experienced HR specialist to join its team.

Position description:

• Maintenance of the full cycle of personnel administration in accordance with labor legislation in full;
• Maintenance of military records, reservation processing employees;
• Posting vacancies, conducting initial interviews with potential candidates, analyzing their resumes and selecting the best candidates according to their profile;
• Interaction with controlling/inspecting bodies, submission of operational and regulated reporting;
• Organization of preparation and archiving of documents.
• Preparation of management reports and analytics.
• Organization and control of implementation personnel accounting in the automated accounting system, drawing up and monitoring the execution of vacation schedules; Updating of job instructions;
• Reviewing in the established order letters, applications and complaints that are within the competence of the personnel department and providing written answers.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related specialties;
• In-depth knowledge of labor of the legislation of Ukraine and experience in its application;
• High communication skills, ability to work in a team and resolve conflict situations;
• Attention to details, systematicity and systematicity
• Good orientation in modern trends in personnel management and personnel development;
• Ability to work with a computer and MS Office programs;
