  • Conduct consultations, answer questions, be the first pleasant voice of the company.
  • Send educational schedules, promos, promotions, help to understand, orientate, make decisions.
  • Organize training, presentations, small events to interest clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions that will help him move forward.
  • Transfer customers to the sales manager - when they are ready for active cooperation and stable purchases.
