Mainresponsibilities:

• Communication with clients in chat (messengers, email, CRM).

• Reception and processing of requests: clarification of details, setting tasks for the team.

• Control of execution of client processes according to instructions.

• Maintaining a high level of service and trust in relations with clients.

• Supporting the client throughout the entire cycle of cooperation.

What we expect from you:

• Experience as an account manager or in a similar position (required).

• A confident user of PC, CRM and messengers.

• Attention to details, the ability to conduct several dialogues at the same time.

• Communication, tact, customer orientation.
