We are looking for an account director, a real leader who will provide high-quality service and management of agency projects in 3 regions. What needs to be done: • build a team of account managers and manage it on a day-to-day basis; • create a high-quality system of client service and its evaluation; • monitor the implementation of all team projects; • communicate with partners and build long-term relationships; • be a mentor for all participants teams;• optimize work processes in the team and with other departments;• generate monthly reports, manage document flow and financial planning of projects.
