HELSI is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.

More than 8.3 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 healthcare institutions and more than 38,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

Requirements: p>

• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical domain will be a plus

• Literate and spoken language, fluency in Ukrainian

• PC skills at the level of a confident user

• Communication, activity and responsibility

• Ability to plan your working hours

• Having a higher education will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Communication with managers regarding registration and work in the Medical Information System (MIS)

• Consultation of medical personnel on emerging functional issues in the process of work

• Conclusion of contracts with clients and control of their signing

• Consultation of clients on terms of cooperation

• Client technical support

• Conducting presentations and training for new clients

• Payment control and resolution financial issues

• Working with written requests from institutions

• Attracting new institutions to cooperation and maintaining a database of existing clients

• Reporting of your work
