Experience required:

  • Domain administration: Knowledge of working with domains, Active Directory , configuration and management of user accounts, access rights and group policies.
  • PC configuration: Ability to install and configure operating systems on PCs (Windows, MacOS) that are connected to the domain, as well as managing their configurations and updates.
  • Working with internal service admin panels: Knowledge of working with various internal admin panels for managing corporate services, such as mail servers, content management systems, CRM, Slack and other business applications.
  • Network infrastructure: Basic knowledge of working with networks, including configuring network equipment, solving problems with access and network security.
  • Technical support: Experience in diagnosing and solving problems related to hardware and software, incident management.
  • Cyber ​​security: Understanding of the fundamentals of cyber security, skills configure protection systems (antivirus, firewall), and also take measures to protect user data.
  • Documentation: Skills in maintaining technical documentation, creating instructions for users, reports on completed tasks and fixing problems.

  • Communication skills: Ability to clearly and clearly explain technical questions to users who have different levels of training. Ability to maintain positive communication.
  • Organization and time management: Ability to effectively allocate time between multiple tasks, prioritize work and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Solution problems: Ability to quickly analyze the situation and find solutions, even in complex cases that require creative thinking.
  • Patience and empathy: Ability to listen to users and understand their needs, even when they express dissatisfaction or are confused by technical terms.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other IT professionals, developers and administrators to solve common problems.
  • Resistance to stress: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and efficient.


Schedule and format work:Hybrid work format (remote + several days a week office), Mon-Fri 10-19:00
