Our client is a software product development company, that builds code development tools that aim to automate various aspects of code development and development management. It includes features such as project automation, code developer helper, automatic coding, code reviews, and code development process future with automation.

We are looking for an ambitious, organized, and dedicated Project Manager in Kyiv to become an integral part of the team. The unique product includes innovative features such as automated project documentation, code writing, code review, and automation of further development. It provides effective project management capabilities.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project planning, execution, refinement, and completion within approved timelines. You’ll engage in effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and other interested parties. Documenting, reporting, defining work scope, and supporting decision-making are also key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

Scope Definition Assistance:
- Help understand and define project scope, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Assist in documenting and managing changes to prevent scope creep.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.

Time Management Support:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules.
- Support time management, project phases, and critical paths.
- Utilize project management tools like Gantt charts and Agile methodologies when necessary.

Communication:
- Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Provide regular project status updates through meetings, reports, and documentation.
- Promote transparency and openness.

Collaboration within the team:
- Participate in conflict resolution and contribute to maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

Tool utilization:
- Familiarize yourself with project management tools.

Decision support:
- Assist in making informed decisions, especially in high-pressure situations, to keep the project on track.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of confirmed experience working as a Project Manager.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress.
- Effectiveness in managing stakeholder relationships at various levels.
- Knowledge of identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
- The ability to align project goals with broader organizational strategies.
- A growth-oriented mindset, actively seeking opportunities to improve project processes and methodologies.
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicting priorities and achieve project goals.
- At least a Strong Intermediate level of proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
