Delivery Manager in EPAM Ukraine

We are currently looking for a Delivery manager to join our team of professionals.

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 3+ years in IT project management
• Excellent project management experience: project planning, project communication, problem solving, change management and risk management
• Good understanding of the software development cycle
• Project management experience of at least 10-12 months
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven client management skills and ability to manage technical teams
• Ability to communicate with the client on technical topics
• Experience in implementing corporate applications using distributed teams
• Experience managing implementation tasks in integration, design, configuration and infrastructure
• Ability to learn new technologies in a short time
• The level of English language proficiency is B2 and above

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation processes of various systems and solutions
• Discuss business decisions and strategies directly with the client
• Work with business users in matters of determining the scope of project work and schedules
• Form and implement project plans, as well as manage multifunctional project teams in different regions, form practical solutions for relevant areas of business
• Work with the customer, be the main contact person for the customer
