DESCRIPTION
Our client is the world's leading manufacturer of chocolate, chewing gum, mints, and fruity confections.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team and ensure project goals are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and project managers to deliver quality projects
- Design, develop and deploy data management software solutions using Apache Spark, Databricks, and Microsoft Azure
- Provide technical direction to team members and assist with technical challenges
- Maintain project schedules, budgets and track progress to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with the project team to design and implement migration approaches and tools
Requirements
- Expertise in Data Software Engineering
- Proficient in Apache Spark, Data Management, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Migration approaches and tools
- Ability to lead and manage an engineering team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
