Data Solution Architect in EPAM Ukraine

We are looking for a Data Solution Architect for projects based on data management. Together, we develop and implement many solutions that create value by leveraging data, the benefits of scalable platforms, advanced technologies and machine learning algorithms.

We use a very broad set of technologies, so any technology experience is acceptable as a Solution Architect. • Data platform migration, management, development and architecture

• Data integration architecture

• Data strategy

• Data management and control

• ML / MLOps architecture

•Solutions for business data analysis and decision-making

Skills

• Experience in requirements development, solution architecture, systems development, deployment and maintenance
• Knowledge of architecture, design patterns and technology landscape in at least 3 technology domains (data platforms, IoT, machine learning, server applications, mobile applications, etc.)
• Knowledge of technology internals in at least one technology domain
• Knowledge of the basic concepts of data processing and analysis platform architectures, data storage, business analytics, data management, integration, security and knowledge of work areas
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, deploying, troubleshooting and reformatting distributed systems both locally and in the cloud
• Structured and systematic knowledge of the entire architecture design process (requirements, quality attributes, technology selection, evaluation, proposal verification, documentation, etc.)
• Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle using various development methodologies and best practices
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in English at the C1 level

Duties

• Design and develop large-scale data-driven solutions
• Communicate directly with business stakeholders
• Develop all technical aspects for the development team, provide justification for the choice of any architectural solution
• Manage solution implementation from establishing project requirements and goals to launching the solution for use
• Create and present solution architecture documentation detailing technical aspects to clients and project implementation teams
• Participate in the full cycle of pre-sales activities
• Manage solution architecture evaluation and evaluation activities
• Continually explore new technologies, participate in company-wide knowledge sharing events, proof-of-concept meetings and training programs
