Data Analytics Technology Consultant in EPAM Ukraine

The EPAM Data practice is seeking a Data Technology Consultant who can help our clients create information strategies, develop best-in-class data platforms, and support the data-driven transformation of clients' enterprises. We are passionate about getting value out of data and are looking for like-minded people to join our team.

Skills

• 5+ years of general data and analytics experience, 2+ years in project/program leadership roles
• Experience working with leading business and IT stakeholders as well as end users
• Deep knowledge of data and analytics, as well as understanding of the latest trends
• Deep knowledge in the areas of data and analytics, as well as understanding of the latest trends - Experience in analytical projects for the development of end-to-end solutions (for example, data lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions, BI reporting, etc.)
• Ability to take responsibility for the final result
• Developed communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage client expectations, present and explain project results to stakeholders
• Knowledge of the English language at the B2+\C1 level

Responsibilities

• Manage consulting activities, overall delivery and take care of the quality of the result
• Create and manage relationships with clients
• Plan necessary discovery activities to engage both business and IT stakeholders
• Design and conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify and prioritize their strategic and urgent needs
• Actively work to obtain project consulting results, for example, vision statements, assessment deck, roadmaps, etc
• Work closely with solution architects and technical leaders to develop an architecture that meets strategic business needs
• Manage pre-salem
• Contribute to the work of the ERAM data consultants community
• Help train other consultants

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more data processing and analytics technologies
• Knowledge of one or more business domains (industries)
• Experience of conducting workshops for clients on site
• Experience in pre-sale activities
