Experience Level: Senior (minimum 3 years of experience in CNC Milling programming, with at least 2 years as a CNC machinist/setup person)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Milling Programmer with extensive experience in SolidCam. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing and fabricating jigs/holding devices for precise manufacturing, especially within the aerospace/defense industry, working primarily with aluminum materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a complete product portfolio CNC program, including G-code, simulation, tool lists, and clearance holding devices.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement efficient CNC processes.
- Ensure that all programs meet quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
- Perform simulations and tests to validate CNC programs before production.
- Work closely with the setup team to ensure smooth execution on the shop floor.

- Experience in developing jigs/holding devices for precise manufacturing.
- CNC machining experience, particularly in aerospace/defense industries.
- Proficiency in working with all kinds of aluminum materials.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency, especially in CNC-related jargon.
Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience in a defense fabrication plant.
- Technological expertise in a CNC fabricating environment.
Project Duration: 50-200 hours/month
Interview Process:

2. A trial task: Completing a product portfolio assessment.
3. Full-time work will commence after review and feedback on the assessment task.
