We are looking for a system administrator, VoIP / SIP engineer. Our ideal candidate: Knows the TCP / IP protocol stack, the basic principles of data transmission networks; Understands the SIP, H323, RADIUS protocols Knows the basic principles of VOIP, VOIP terminal equipment; Has practical skills in working with various PBX and SoftSwitch, in particular, Asterisk, MVTS, FreeSwitch; Experienced in troubleshooting complex requests (one-way audibility, loss of RTP, jitter, transcoding, DTMF) Experienced in scripting in one of the languages (PHP, Python); Experienced in database administration (Mysql, PostgreSQL) (replication, backup, ability to build SQL queries). Experienced in monitoring systems and billing systems; What will you do: Participate in the connection of basic services and additional services to new and existing clients of the company; Advise clients on setting up services and VOIP equipment; Process technical applications related to the performance of the provided VOIP services and services; Participate in the development of infrastructure, in the development of new VOIP services and services for corporate clients. Administer Linux systems (routing voice and Internet traffic, configuring a firewall, building VPN tunnels). Maintain system documentation and operational reporting.
