We are currently seeking a versatile and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and assisting in various day-to-day operations from a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
Perform data entry, document management, and organization of files and records.
Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
Assist in managing social media accounts and coordinating online presence.
Provide general administrative support and serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
