UX/UI Designer in Ukrcontext

Type of employment: Remote contract work with part-time employment, from 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extension

Who we are: Alpha Serve is a software developer that creates enterprise solutions to improve the business processes of companies around the world. Our goal is to become a leader in the development of applications for such platforms as e-Commerce, Atlassian, etc.

Project: You will work on creating a full-fledged CRM application inside Jira. It's up to you to design a system that is intuitive for users and integrates effectively into the existing Jira ecosystem. The specificity of the project involves the use of Atlassian Design System and ADS UI Components.

Who we are looking for: an experienced UX/UI designer who specializes in UX design and is well versed in execution methods and key principles for the success of design projects. We need someone with experience working with existing design systems (material design, etc.) and component libraries. The candidate must be willing to work closely with the business analyst and development team to achieve project goals.

Expectations from the candidate

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of principles, methods, best practices, models and frameworks of UX design and usability.
• Knowledge of methods for gathering and analyzing user information, including interviews, surveys, user behavior analysis, etc.
• Knowledge of the principles, methods and standards of naming, design and description of design layouts and accompanying documentation.

Skills and technologies

• Expertise in Balsamiq, Figma and FigJam.
• Skills in working with assistive methods / products and services.
• The ability to use AI assistants to facilitate and speed up work.

Work experience

• Minimum of 3 years in UX/UI design.
• Experience in designing and participating in the development of complex business applications.
• Design experience using design frameworks (Google Material Design, Atlassian Design System +).
• Experience working in international and/or distributed teams, ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at a distance.
