Basic duties

- Improving the user experience through the creation of clear and human communication for the Diya mobile application and related projects

- Participation in the creation of the interface at all stages: from the initial idea to the analysis of the results of the launch in the application

- Creation and improvement of tone of voice and additional UX communication guidelines

- Preparation of application screens together with UX designers

- Creation of UX copy for transactional communications: push notifications, email, in-app messages

- Conducting research to improve UX copy and user experience in general

- Interaction with managers, UX designers, business analysts, developers and creative copywriters to create content

- Interest and attention to UX trends and global practices

Basic requirements

- Impeccable written Ukrainian language

- 1 year of experience as a UX writer with products on the Ukrainian market

- Understanding the basic principles of UX design

- Ability to write concise, accessible texts that meet business requirements and user needs

- Willingness to work with large amounts of information

- Confident work with Figma

- Willingness to perform the test task

- Higher education

- Willingness to work in the office (Kyiv)
